Clean Pumpkin Spice Shake:

1/3 sweet potato baked 425 1 hour, cooled & frozen in cubes
1.5 c rice milk
1/2 t cinammon
1/4 t vanilla extract
1/4 t bee polin (optional)
2t vanilla protein powder (optional)
1/2 t fiber (e.g. flax seed ground – optional)
Blend till smooth. Imbibe.


Bread Eggs

1 slice whole wheat bread

1 egg

1/2 t butter or alternative

2t syrup (optional)



(2-3 servings)
1-2 Garlic cloves
a few mushrooms
handful spinach roughly chopped
2 eggs
S&P to taste

Heat EVOO in pan. Sautee garlic and mushrooms for a minute or two, add spinach. Cook till wilted. Add eggs and cheese. Scramble until done. Serve (with hot sauce if you like it spicy)
